I am a printmaker/illustrator born in London, I studied for my degree in Graphic Arts and Design at Leeds Metropolitan University and graduated in June 2009.
The main part of my practice is woodcut relief printmaking. I am interested the unique expressive limitations and possibilities provided by the grain and structure of the wood medium. I feel that when producing a woodcut if the patterns of the grain aren't used in some way it wastes a rich useable quality.
